Karen Silas

Dr. Karen J. Silas is a seasoned leadership coach with a rich background in military and corporate fields. As the owner of Frontline Coaching and an Officer for the Missouri National Guard, she's experienced in navigating complex leadership challenges. A sought-after speaker, she's shared her insights at numerous events, including Toyota's WIIT and the Missouri National Guard's Women's Mentorship Council.

Dr. Silas holds a Doctorate in Executive Leadership from the University of Charleston and a Masters in Psychology from the University of the Rockies. She's also a certified positive psychology practitioner, an authorized training partner for the Resilience Building Leadership Program, and a certified Master Resilience Trainer for the U.S. Army.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, she's a proud mother of four. When she isn’t coaching, she enjoys hiking, exploring caves, and writing her monthly newsletter, the Mentoring Minute of the Month.
